We had a great day today, not exactly what we expected thanks to the weather, but still a wonderful day as a family celebrating Jeremy!
Taylor made this placemat her last week of preschool.
New book for daddy.
Our hope was to go on a family boat ride today. We packed snacks, got life jackets on and headed down to the lake. Literally the second we were all in the boat it started to rain. We decided to get out and wait it out under a tree by the lake. After about 30min of waiting it was raining harder and harder so we headed back up to the house. If you look closely at this picture there are ice pelets on the deck and hot tub. Not exactly what you hope for on the first day of summer, however the girls thought they were fun to eat!
At least we got some cute pictures before the weather turned earlier in the day.

We have that same "just me and my dad book" that was actually mine when I was a little kid. :)
